I am back today with another card process video for you! Today it is a Christmas card.
You can watch the video here on my blog, or you can use this link to be redirected to my YouTube channel PotsieFighter.
I absolutely love how this card turned out, it is super simlpe yet classy.
I used white textured cardstock and the Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Border dies to create this scene. I also used white cardstock, smooth this time, for the mountain peeks.
As my background I used blue textured cardstock and White Versa Color ink and a nail sponge to apply some of the ink on the cardstock. I used Broken China Distress Ink and the Ranger Ink Blending Tool to apply ink on the mountains and faded it out into the lower part of the card.
I also used a curved stitched die to give the card more interest. I stamped those two cute cottages with Nuvo Hybrid Ink in Metro Grey.
For the sentiment I decided to use Nuvo Classic Gold Embossing Powder. I also stamped the bunny from the first stamp set with my Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on a scrap piece of white cardstock and colored it in with my Alcohol Markers - list of the markers I used is down below. I popped the bunny up with some 3D adhesives.
On the back of the card I used - as always - my Technique Tuesday Made with Love stamp set with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. On the envelope I stamped one of the cottages as well as a sentiment with the same ink.
On the inside I used 3 snowflake stamps and stamped them over and over again in the top portion of the card with Glass Slippers Ink from Color Theory I got in a Studio Calico kit.
And that finished off my card - I hope you enjoyed it!
List of Markers I used:
136 Blush
143 Mint Blue
171 Jade Green
179 Aqua Mint
182 Frost Blue
Thank you for joining me today, have an amazing day!
Stay tuned!
